This biennial conference brings together leading experts, professionals and parent advocates to engage in educational and networking opportunities for those who support bereaved families affected by pregnancy loss, stillbirth, and newborn death.

Exhibiting in PLIDA Place will allow an unprecedented opportunity to showcase your business and sell merchandise to an expected captive audience of over 400 attendees from across the country. This three-day exhibition will run in conjunction with the conference and will be prominently displayed in a highly visible area at this historic Drake Hotel in downtown Chicago.

Exhibition Booths

Exhibition pricing is $400 for the first exhibit space, and $100 for additional space. Corner booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis for $600 for the first exhibit space. Payment must accompany your exhibit reservation. To reserve your booth, please complete this form!

* Alcohol and food vendors are prohibited.
* To maximize your exposure, exhibitors are requested to donate one door prize to be given away during the conference.
* Exhibit space will be pre-assigned according to the date payment is received.
Example: If you have (2) rolling round tables, you will need to purchase the (1) exhibit space, and the additional space option. 

$400 for the first exhibit space
$100 for additional booth space
$600 for corner booth exhibit space (limited spaces available!)    

Fees Include

• One 6’ x 30” exhibit table (Includes cloth, skirt, and two chairs) OR you can provide your own display

• (3) exhibitor passes per booth

These passes enable personnel to work at the exhibitor table, but does not permit access to the conference sessions.

• Prime exhibition times are during the morning and afternoon breaks as well as following the lunches.
